How does private label work for a multipurpose spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this multipurpose spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister or aerosol, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a multipurpose spray adhesive in canisters and aerosols?
We supply this multipurpose spray adhesive in private label in both canisters and aerosols. Canisters are available in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces for the 500 ml size and 840 pieces for the 750 ml size.

Why does the X30 Multipurpose Spray Adhesive use a web spray pattern?
The web spray pattern allows the X30 Multipurpose Spray Adhesive to be applied in a controlled, even way to both surfaces being bonded. Spray from approximately 30 cm, preferably without overlapping the spray bands, and join the surfaces once touch-dry, typically after about 3 to 4 minutes. Where spray bands do overlap, the open time should be at least doubled.
How well does the X30 Multipurpose perform at elevated temperatures?
This multipurpose spray adhesive is heat resistant from -40 °C to +110 °C and is not suitable for temperatures above 110 °C. Its initial peel strength of 30 N/50 mm rises to 32 N/50 mm after ageing for 28 days at 80 °C. That makes it a good fit for wood/MDF, HPL, laminate, rubber, cork, linoleum, foam, felt and leather applications that see heat in service.
What is the X30 Multipurpose based on, and is it available in other colours?
The X30 Multipurpose is an SBR rubber-based contact adhesive with a solids content of 35%, a viscosity of 350–450 mPa.s at 20 °C and a VOC content of 544 g/l. The standard colour is transparent, and other colours are available on request. It is not suitable for PE or PP.
