How does private label work for a one-sided insulation spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this one-sided insulation spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister or aerosol, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a one-sided insulation spray adhesive in canisters and aerosols?
We supply this one-sided insulation spray adhesive in private label in both canisters and aerosols. Canisters are available in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces for the 500 ml size and 840 pieces for the 750 ml size.

Can the X15 Isolation Spray Adhesive really be applied to just one surface?
Yes, in many cases the X15 Isolation Spray Adhesive can be used as a one-sided insulation spray adhesive, particularly for non-structural and lightly loaded bonds. Because only one surface is coated, less adhesive is needed and work can be done faster. Spray evenly onto one surface from about 30 cm, join once the adhesive is touch-dry (typically after 3 to 4 minutes) and press or roll firmly.
Which insulation and soft materials is the X15 suited to?
The X15 is developed for soft and porous materials such as cork, carpet, felt, foam, mineral wool and various insulation materials, provided they are resistant to solvents. On very porous or open substrates, check that there is sufficient contact between the adhesive layer and the material; if necessary an extra coat can be applied, allowing a longer flash-off time so the full adhesive layer is touch-dry before joining.
Can the X15 be used on EPS or XPS insulation boards or in warm locations?
No, the X15 is not suitable for EPS or XPS, and it is not intended for temperatures above +55 °C; its temperature resistance range is -40 °C to +55 °C. The solvent-based formulation can also affect certain plastics, lacquers and solvent-sensitive materials, so adhesion and compatibility should always be checked on a sample first.
