X100 Foambond: A Polyurethane Foam Adhesive in Canister for Multiple applications.
X100 Foambond is a one-component polyurethane foam adhesive dispensed from a pressurised canister system, developed for the fast and precise bonding of EPS, XPS, PUR, mineral wool and other insulation boards to substrates such as concrete, aerated concrete, fibre cement, stainless steel, bitumen and PVC. With a shear strength of around 65 kPa and a compressive strength of around 45 kPa once dry, full cure is reached in around an hour, and the adhesive has been tested by BDA for wind resistance — making it a dependable choice for professional roof insulation work.
- Enormously fast curing — full cure in around 1 hour
- Wind resistant, tested by BDA
- Extremely economical in use with precise dosing
- Solvent-free — does not dissolve EPS foam
- Avoids thermal bridging and is non-flammable

How does private label work for a polyurethane foam spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this polyurethane foam spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a polyurethane foam spray adhesive in canisters?
We supply this polyurethane foam spray adhesive in private label in canisters, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 48 pieces. This makes it easy to add the adhesive to your own range without large stock.
Looking for a lower MOQ? Contact our sales team to discuss the options. We are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.
Has the X100 Foambond Spray Adhesive been tested for wind resistance on roofs?
Yes. X100 Foambond Spray Adhesive is wind resistant, as tested by the BDA. This polyurethane foam spray adhesive is moisture-curing and solvent-free, so it does not dissolve EPS, and it helps avoid thermal bridging. It bonds EPS, XPS, PUR, insulation, cork and mineral wool to substrates including stainless steel, bitumen, concrete, aerated concrete, fibre cement and PVC.
How quickly does the X100 Foambond cure and when can it be loaded?
The open time is a maximum of 30 minutes and the cutting time is approximately 45 minutes (EN 17333-3.1). The bond is fully loadable after 12 hours. Because curing is driven by moisture, low humidity or low temperatures can slow it down; the processing range is +5 °C to +35 °C, ideally +20 °C.
How far does a canister of X100 Foambond go, and what equipment is needed?
With a flat nozzle and a 3 cm bead, the yield is up to 480 metres. It is applied with a dispensing gun and hose connected to the canister, such as the ZX-200 Handy Set or ZX-300 Complete Set. After use, the canister valve and hose end can be cleaned with Foam Cleaner.
