How does private label work for a universal spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this universal spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister or aerosol, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a universal spray adhesive in canisters and aerosols?
We supply this universal spray adhesive in private label in both canisters and aerosols. Canisters are available in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces for the 500 ml size and 840 pieces for the 750 ml size.

How should the X10 Universal Spray Adhesive be applied for a reliable contact bond?
Make sure both surfaces are dry, dust-free and grease-free, then spray the adhesive calmly and evenly onto both surfaces from a distance of approximately 30 cm, preferably without overlapping the spray bands. Join the materials as soon as the adhesive is touch-dry, typically after about 3 to 5 minutes, and press or roll firmly. Overlapping spray bands deposit more adhesive and therefore need a longer flash-off time.
What peel strength does the X10 Universal achieve, and how does it hold up after ageing?
This fast-drying universal spray adhesive reaches an initial peel strength of 40 N/50 mm, which increases to 45 N/50 mm after ageing for 28 days at 50 °C. It has a solids content of 30% and a VOC content of 550 g/l. Bonds are temperature resistant from -40 °C to +55 °C.
How does the X10 Universal differ from the X10 Bio Ecological Spray Adhesive?
Both products are fast-drying, DCM-free universal spray adhesives with a 30% solids content, 70–80 g/m² coverage and temperature resistance up to +55 °C. The X10 Bio uses an environmentally friendly solvent and a sustainable propellant gas for reduced vapours indoors, whereas the X10 Universal Spray Adhesive is a conventional solvent-based formulation. The X10 Universal is also offered in aerosols as well as canisters, while the X10 Bio is supplied in canisters.
