How does private label work for an EPDM contact adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this EPDM contact adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the tin, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for an EPDM contact adhesive in tins?
For tins we are very flexible: we can supply this EPDM contact adhesive in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 100 pieces. Tins are usually fitted with a professional label; for very large quantities, the tins can also be screen-printed.
Is the S30-S Easycontact EPDM Contact Adhesive suitable for both European and American EPDM?
Yes. The S30-S Easycontact EPDM Contact Adhesive is a very strong, water-resistant EPDM contact adhesive for bonding all types of European and American EPDM to the most common substrates, such as concrete, metal, wood and insulation. It is also suitable for TPO, rubber and HPL. It is not suitable for PE, PP and PTFE.
How does S30-S differ from S30-B in the same range?
Both are SBR rubber contact adhesives with a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +110 °C and the same coverage of 125–150 g/m². The main difference is viscosity: S30-S is considerably thinner at 350–450 mPa·s (20 °C), whereas S30-B is 1,000–1,400 mPa·s and has been developed for roller, brush or spreader use. S30-S is positioned specifically as a water-resistant EPDM adhesive with excellent resistance to prolonged heat.
What is the recommended processing method for S30-S?
Apply S30-S evenly to both surfaces with a brush or roller in a thin, closed layer, avoiding local build-up. Allow approximately 3 to 4 minutes’ flash-off time, then join the parts within the maximum open time of 60 minutes and press them firmly over the entire surface. Processing temperature is +5 °C to +40 °C, and porous or highly absorbent substrates may need an extra coat.
