How does private label work for a heat-resistant universal contact adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this heat-resistant universal contact adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the tin, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a heat-resistant universal contact adhesive in tins?
For tins we are very flexible: we can supply this heat-resistant universal contact adhesive in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 100 pieces. Tins are usually fitted with a professional label; for very large quantities, the tins can also be screen-printed.
How much heat can the S30-B Easycontact Universal contact adhesive withstand?
The S30-B Easycontact Universal contact adhesive is a heat-resistant universal contact adhesive with a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +110 °C. That makes it well suited to EPDM and TPO roofing details and other bonds exposed to high surface temperatures. It is processed between +5 °C and +40 °C.
Which substrates and application tools is S30-B suited to?
S30-B is widely used for bonding all types of EPDM and TPO, and also bonds rubber, insulation, concrete, metal, wood, leather, felt and HPL. It has been specially developed for application with a roller, brush or spreader, with a viscosity of 1,000–1,400 mPa·s. It is not suitable for PE, PP and PTFE.
What coverage and bonding window should be expected with S30-B?
Consumption is 125–150 g/m² per side; S30-B is applied in a thin, closed layer to both surfaces. After a flash-off time of approximately 3 to 4 minutes, the surfaces can be joined within a maximum open time of 60 minutes and must be pressed firmly over the full area. With a solids content of 37–43%, it delivers an initial peel strength of 45 N/50 mm, rising to 55 N/50 mm after ageing (28 days at 50 °C).
