How does private label work for a universal roller-applied contact adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this universal roller-applied contact adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the tin, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.
What is the MOQ for a universal roller-applied contact adhesive in tins?
For tins we are very flexible: we can supply this universal roller-applied contact adhesive in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 100 pieces. Tins are usually fitted with a professional label; for very large quantities, the tins can also be screen-printed.
Is the S10 Easycontact applied to one or both surfaces?
S10 Easycontact Roll Adhesive is a universal roller-applied contact adhesive that is applied evenly to both surfaces with a brush or roller. Aim for a thin, closed adhesive film and avoid local build-up or heavy overlap. Allow it to flash off for approximately 3–4 minutes, then join the surfaces accurately within the 60-minute open time and press firmly over the full area, as repositioning is only possible to a limited extent.
What materials is the S10 Easycontact suited to, and what should be avoided?
It bonds cardboard, carpet, insulation, rubber, wood, cork, foam and felt, on both porous and non-porous surfaces. As it is a solvent-based adhesive, it can attack certain plastics, lacquers and sensitive materials such as XPS and EPS. It is not suitable for PE, PP or PTFE, or for bonds exposed for long periods to temperatures above +55 °C.
What are the key technical values of the S10 Easycontact?
The S10 Easycontact is SBR rubber-based with 40 % solids and a coverage of 70–80 g/m² per side. Initial peel strength is 40 N/50mm², rising to 45 N/50mm² after 28 days of ageing at 50 °C. It is DCM-free and resists temperatures from -40 °C to +55 °C.
