X90 Hybrid is a very high-quality hybrid polymer spray adhesive, formulated without solvents or plasticisers for the one-sided spraying and bonding of all types of roof and floor materials. With heat resistance up to +150°C — the highest in the spray adhesive range — a 50% solids content and a peel strength of 50 N/50mm² rising to 58 N/50mm² after ageing, this contact adhesive also resists most acids, fats, oils, chemicals and solvents, and its high initial tack makes it especially suited to bonding upstands in roofing and flooring work.

How does private label work for a solvent-free hybrid spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this solvent-free hybrid spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Does the X90 Hybrid Spray Adhesive need to be applied to both surfaces?
No. X90 Hybrid Spray Adhesive is a solvent-free hybrid spray adhesive suitable for one-sided application: spray it onto the substrate only, from a distance of around 30 cm. After 4–5 minutes the roofing or floor covering can be laid, and the maximum open time is 8–10 minutes. Thanks to its high initial tack it is also suitable for vertical work such as roofing upstands.
Which roofing and flooring materials is the X90 Hybrid designed for?
It is intended for bonding roofing and flooring materials such as EPDM and TPO, bitumen, rubber, linoleum, laminate and PVC. Because it contains no solvents or plasticisers, it does not eat into or attack the substrate in any way. It is not suitable for PE or PP, and an adhesion and compatibility test on a sample is always recommended.
How heat and chemical resistant is the cured X90 Hybrid?
The X90 Hybrid has a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +150 °C and remains permanently flexible. It is resistant to most acids, fats, oils, chemicals and solvents. With 50 % solids and a coverage of 70–80 g/m², it is also efficient in use.
