How does private label work for an EPS/XPS insulation spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this EPS/XPS insulation spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister or aerosol, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for an EPS/XPS insulation spray adhesive in canisters and aerosols?
We supply this EPS/XPS insulation spray adhesive in private label in both canisters and aerosols. Canisters are available in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces for the 500 ml size and 840 pieces for the 750 ml size.

Can the X50 EPS/XPS Spray Adhesive be used on polystyrene without attacking the foam?
Yes. X50 EPS/XPS Spray Adhesive has a polystyrene-compatible solvent system and was developed specifically for bonding solvent-sensitive insulation materials. It is suitable for EPS, XPS and suitable PU insulation boards. Because the composition and surface finish of insulation boards can vary, we still recommend a test on a sample before each application.
How does the X50 compare with the X45 Premium in heat resistance and solids content?
The X50 is an EPS/XPS insulation spray adhesive with 32 % solids and a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +80 °C, whereas the X45 Premium has 45 % solids and resists up to +140 °C. The X50 is therefore the right choice when compatibility with polystyrene is the priority, rather than high heat resistance. It should not be used where the bond is exposed for long periods to temperatures above +80 °C.
What coverage and open time can installers expect with the X50 EPS/XPS?
Coverage is 70–80 g/m², applied to both surfaces from a distance of approximately 30 cm. Allow about 4–6 minutes flash-off until the adhesive is touch-dry, then join and press or roll the surfaces within a maximum of 60 minutes. Higher consumption, overlapping spray bands, low temperatures, high humidity or poor ventilation can lengthen the flash-off time.
