How does private label work for a premium heat-resistant spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this premium heat-resistant spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister or aerosol, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a premium heat-resistant spray adhesive in canisters and aerosols?
We supply this premium heat-resistant spray adhesive in private label in both canisters and aerosols. Canisters are available in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces for the 500 ml size and 840 pieces for the 750 ml size.

How heat resistant is a bond made with the X45 Premium Spray Adhesive?
X45 Premium Spray Adhesive has a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +140 °C, which makes this premium heat-resistant spray adhesive a reliable choice for applications that see elevated temperatures in service. It is not intended for bonds that are exposed for long periods to temperatures above +140 °C. The peel strength actually rises from 50 N/50mm² initially to 58 N/50mm² after ageing for 28 days at 80 °C.
What does the 45 % solids content of the X45 Premium mean in practice?
The high solids content of 45 % produces a strong adhesive film with good initial tack and very high temperature resistance. It also keeps consumption low at 60–70 g/m² when sprayed onto both surfaces. The SBR rubber-based formulation has a viscosity of 350–450 mPa.s at 20 °C and dries to a transparent film.
Is the X45 Premium suitable for PVC, leather and other solvent-sensitive materials?
It bonds a wide range of materials, including wood and MDF, HPL, laminate, rubber, cork, linoleum, foam, felt, leather, insulation and mineral wool. PVC can be bonded provided the plasticiser content is below 16 %. As the formulation contains solvents, some plastics, coatings, lacquers, leather and PVC may be affected, so always test adhesion and compatibility on a sample first; PE and PP are not suitable.
