How does private label work for a high-solids spray adhesive?
As the manufacturer of this high-solids spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister or aerosol, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.

What is the MOQ for a high-solids spray adhesive in canisters and aerosols?
We supply this high-solids spray adhesive in private label in both canisters and aerosols. Canisters are available in private label from a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces for the 500 ml size and 840 pieces for the 750 ml size.

What are the benefits of the high solids content in the X40 High Solids Spray Adhesive?
With a solids content of 40%, the X40 High Solids Spray Adhesive forms a strong adhesive film with good initial tack and high temperature resistance. It reaches an initial peel strength of 42 N/50 mm, rising to 45 N/50 mm after ageing for 28 days at 80 °C. Bonds are resistant from -40 °C to +130 °C.
Can the X40 be used to bond PVC?
Yes, this high-solids spray adhesive can be used on PVC, provided the plasticiser content of the PVC is below 16%. As the formulation contains solvents, some plastics, coatings, lacquers, leather, PVC and other solvent-sensitive materials may be affected, so always check adhesion and compatibility on a test piece first. The X40 is not suitable for PE or PP.
How does the X40 High Solids compare with the X30 Multipurpose Spray Adhesive?
The X40 High Solids has a higher solids content (40% versus 35%) and a higher temperature resistance (up to +130 °C versus +110 °C). It also achieves higher peel strengths: 42 N/50 mm initially and 45 N/50 mm after ageing, compared with 30 and 32 N/50 mm for the X30 Multipurpose. In addition to the X30 substrates, the X40 is suitable for insulation, mineral wool and PVC with a plasticiser content below 16%.
