How does private label work for a bio-based universal spray adhesive?

As the manufacturer of this bio-based universal spray adhesive, we produce it under your own brand name. It works in a few clear steps: together we select the right product and you test samples in your own application. We then customise the canister, the box and the label to your brand, with support from our in-house marketing team for the label design, and we take care of the technical and safety data sheets and the UFI codes. Finally, we produce, check every batch in our own laboratory and deliver on the agreed schedule.
Throughout the whole process you have one dedicated contact person. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it. We are happy to discuss your wishes and the possibilities.

Which materials can the X10 Bio be used on, and are there substrates to avoid?

The X10 Bio Ecological Spray Adhesive is designed for bonding most materials used in construction and industry, including cardboard, carpet, insulation, rubber, wood, cork, foam and felt. It is not suitable for EPS or XPS. As the formulation contains solvents, certain plastics, lacquered surfaces or other solvent-sensitive materials may be affected, so we always recommend a test on a sample piece first.

What temperature range and coverage should be specified for the X10 Bio on a product data sheet?

Once cured, the bond is resistant to temperatures from -40 °C to +55 °C, and the adhesive can be applied between +5 °C and +40 °C. It is not intended for bonds that are exposed to temperatures above +55 °C for prolonged periods. Typical consumption is 70–80 g/m², with a solids content of 30%.
