01

Private label

It starts with a conversation about your market, the adhesives you need, packaging, quantities and branding. You test samples and receive a no-obligation proposal. After approval, we take care of the label design or check, the documentation and the UFI codes, and we produce, test and deliver your adhesives on the agreed schedule.

With white label you choose a proven adhesive from our existing range and we supply it under your brand, which is the fastest route to market. With private label we go a step further and can tailor the product, the formulation and the packaging to your market and your requirements. In both cases you work directly with the manufacturer.

Because you work directly with the manufacturer. We produce everything in-house in Europe, giving you short lines, consistent quality and flexibility. Private label is the core of our business, and our organisation and production are fully set up for it.

With your own brand you build brand awareness and customer loyalty, and you become less dependent on A-brands. You set your own pricing, and margins on private label are generally considerably higher than on A-brands. You also get an adhesive tailored to your market, in packaging that matches your house style.

Our complete range is available in private label: spray adhesives in canisters and aerosols, roller-applied contact adhesives in tins, water-based adhesives in buckets and jerrycans, and primers. Browse our product pages to find the right formulation for your market.

Yes. Our R&D laboratory develops new adhesives and adjusts existing formulations based on specific applications, substrates and requirements. Tell us what the adhesive needs to do and our specialists will think along with you.

Yes. Besides private label and white label, we offer contract filling of adhesives in canisters, aerosols and tins. Our laboratory first checks the compatibility of product and packaging, after which we fill according to the agreed schedule with quality control throughout production.

02

Ordering & MOQ

That depends on the packaging. Canisters are available in private label from 48 pieces. For aerosols, the MOQ is 1,008 pieces of 500 ml or 840 pieces of 750 ml. Tins are available in private label from just 100 pieces with a professional label. Looking for a lower quantity? Contact our sales team – we are happy to take on the challenge with start-up and growing brands too.

Often, yes. We are happy to work with start-up and growing brands and look together at what is feasible. Contact our sales team to discuss the possibilities.

Yes, you can combine different adhesives in one delivery, for example on a mixed pallet. This keeps your stock compact and saves on transport costs.

Request a no-obligation quote via the quote form on each product page, by e-mail at sales@zettex.com or by phone on +31 (0)888 938839. You will quickly receive a tailored proposal based on your quantities and specifications.

No. BondPartner supplies business customers only, such as distributors, wholesalers and companies with their own brand. Private individuals can buy our adhesives through our partners and resellers.

03

Labels & packaging

Depending on the product, our adhesives are available in canisters, aerosols of 500 ml and 750 ml, tins, buckets and jerrycans. For industrial users, several roller-applied adhesives are also available in 200-litre drums and 1,000-litre IBCs. Each product page shows the packaging available for that adhesive.

An aerosol is a ready-to-use spray can, ideal for smaller jobs, repairs and users who work on several sites. A canister is a pressure tank used with a spray gun and hose; it delivers a large volume with an even, controlled spray pattern and is the economical choice for professional users who bond large surfaces.

Yes. For our canisters we offer matching accessories, such as the Handgun Eco and Handgun Premium spray guns (also with a lance) and hoses in several lengths, including PTFE hoses. This allows you to offer your customers a complete system under your own brand.

Yes. We can fully personalise both the product packaging and the box, with labels or pre-printed packaging. Tins are usually fitted with a professional label and can be screen-printed for very large quantities.

Yes. Our in-house marketing team supports you with the design of your label and packaging. We also check that all legally required information, such as hazard pictograms and the UFI code, is correctly shown on the label.

Yes. We provide the technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) for your private-label adhesive under your brand name, and we take care of the UFI codes. This ensures your product complies with European legislation.

Our technical data sheets and safety data sheets are available in Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian and Danish, among others. Need another language? Ask us about the possibilities.

04

Samples & quality

Yes. Existing and new partners and resellers can request samples to test an adhesive thoroughly in their own application before placing a private-label order. Where needed, we adapt the formulation to the requirements of your market.

Every batch is checked during and after production on all key parameters, such as viscosity and adhesion. This way we guarantee consistent quality in line with our technical data sheets.

Yes. Tell us which adhesive you currently use and we will find an equivalent or benchmark the technical properties for you. Our laboratory tests on criteria such as adhesion, tensile strength, viscosity, curing behaviour and weather resistance on the relevant substrates.

This differs per product. Several of our roofing adhesives are BDA-certified, and our technical data sheets state the test methods and classifications that apply to each adhesive. Check the product page or request the TDS for the details.

05

Shipping & delivery

Yes. We export to 61 countries. We arrange transport and logistics ourselves, and for destinations outside Europe we organise container transport. We have extensive experience with the transport of dangerous goods (ADR), which applies to many solvent-based adhesives and aerosols.

The lead time depends on the product, the packaging and whether new printed packaging is required. A first order with new packaging material takes longer than a repeat order. Your contact person will give you a concrete schedule with your quote.

We deliver on euro pallets or block pallets, securely wrapped and labelled. For sea freight, pallets can be crated so they are safely stowed in the container. We are happy to discuss your specific wishes for pallet build-up or labelling.

Yes. In our own ADR warehouse we can safely store your adhesives for you, including dangerous goods such as flammable adhesives and aerosols. You then call them off whenever you need them.

Yes, you can collect your order by appointment at our site in Klundert, the Netherlands. Let us know when ordering and we will agree on a collection time.
